Nirvana! I have been getting massages for the past 20 years. However, all of them pale in comparison with Jing. She is by far the best massage therapist I have ever gotten a massage from. She never fails to make my bad back and aching knees feel better. Great Intro This was my first introduction to this style of massage. I found Jing to be very professional and attentive to my needs and constantly checking to ensure the pressure was not too great. I was injured so I could not get the full benefit of the heel pressure on my lower back or legs but I did get it on my upper back and I felt great afterwards.

Western ashiatsu massage is great for deep tissue massage Would definitely recommend Jing for deep tissue massage. I especially liked the western ashiatsu massage technique which I had never experienced before. If I lived in Golden, I would have a weekly appointment with her to work on my back, neck, shoulders and head. I think she could eliminate or greatly lessen the chronic back and neck pain I have.

Great Massage Never had Ashiatsu before, but wow was it incredible. I work out hard and play lots of sports so my muscles get really tight. I was amazed at what she could accomplish with her feet…very deep, but not painful. I definitely will be going back.

It usually takes time to find the nuances of someone’s body but she is very intuitive and with either her hands or feet finds the areas to help you. I’ve worked with many massage therapists over the years primarily for sports performance maintenance. It’s been several years and my fitness has dropped. The ashiatsu thing is a trip — Jing hangs from bars and uses her feet to massage your back, hips, butt, and legs. Her ability to find the right “spots” and apply the right pressure is uncanny.

Very Effective I’d had a referral to Massage-to-Health, but hadn’t checked it out until I had urgent need of a massage for a headache due to muscle tension. I was able to get an appointment that day at a convenient time, by using her fantastic online scheduler. She uses a combination of massage techniques, from very targeted but subtle pressure to broader deep tissue work. Within 10minutes, my headache started to fade, and The neck and shoulder tension was resolved by the end of the massage.

Staying at The Eddy, was looking for a massage. Had all the standard recommendations for the spas, but they were all booked. It worked out that there was an immediate opening here, and I’m so glad. Great for running tightness Jing’s therapy provided a noticeable relief in the hip tightness that is a chronic problem for me as a distance runner. I was very impressed with Jing’s knowledge of sports-specific problems and believe that her skills with deep tissue massage are excellent.

Outstanding I go to Jing for ashiatsu and deep tissue for a bad neck/shoulders and back. If you’ve never had ashiatsu, it’s pretty intense, but the results are great. Jing does an amazing job. Highly recommended.

Very happy I’ve had several diff. massage therapists and found her technique unique. I’ll be back. For lack of a better term, a zen experience. Her fingers, hands… were not always moving, but at times she lingered in a location, applying pressure, sometimes moving slowly. The hot towels to end it were a nice touch too.

GREAT!!!!!!! I was given a massage as a Christmas present and the Massage Cooperative was very conveniently located in Golden, CO. I met Liu and had a WONDERFUL hour-long massage. When I walked in my mid-back was stiff and when I left, it was very loosened and I felt a LOT better. Jing’s ability to use the ashiatsu massage technique allowed her to give me a deep massage that is hard to find. Not once did she have to use her elbows which is a plus in my book. Different but great! I went in for a deep tissue massage, my muscles were very tight from a cross country move to the area and the stress of getting settled in. I arrived for my appointment and Jing Liu suggested a different type of massage that may be more effective than the deep. I tried the Ashiatsu massage and was surprised how effective it was! Because she uses her feet, she was able to get deeper that the deep tissue could. Thanks!

Wow! Wow! I was so impressed by Jing and the barefoot ashiatsu massage. I have had it before, but not so thoroughly and effectively. The amount of pressure and precision she was able to get was impressive. She was able to loosen up fascia that has been very stiff for ages. When I got up from the table, I was more flexible than I have been in years. I felt like I was 21 again and had never had back surgery. I thought I might be sore the next day but I barely was. I can’t wait to go back!

EXCELLENT Without saying very much to Jing, once she started her work she went right to all the places that my body compensates for scoliosis which results in a leg legnth discrepancy. It was amazing how I walked out balanced and open and able to breath better and move better. I’m going back regularly. Jing does great work!!!

Refreshing, Effective, Thorough, Comfortable Bodywork I signed up for and received a 90 minute, clothes-on, no oil tui-na / shiatsu treatment with stretching. It was incredibly effective and deep, without being painful (there was what I call “necessary therapeutic discomfort”). Jing was very direct and friendly in her communication, both before, during and after the appointment.
